Product information / accuracy
I like to think my website is accurate in terms of content, product description and imagery, but I can’t guarantee it is error free. While I’m confident in the colour representation of the images on my website, screens can vary slightly.
Ordering from this Site
Coastal Canvases & Prints in the Parks are printed to order for you. My local printing team are brilliant, which means they are often busy, so please allow 7 – 10 days if ordering these.
Miniprints & Easels – I make sure all designs are ready to go and will let you know immediately if a design is not available, to ask if you would like a replacement.
Greetings Cards & Sets / Boxes – I make sure all designs are ready to go and will let you know immediately if a particular design is not available, to ask if you would like a replacement.
Postage & Packing
Do you offer FREE P & P? I offer this on ALL orders posted to a UK address, using Royal Mail for the majority of orders and the packaging I use is as friendly as possible…
Delivery details
I will notify you when your order is on its way and give you an estimated day of arrival.
Delivery times: 3 – 5 days for Cards, Card Sets / Boxes & Miniprints
Delivery times: 7 – 10 days for Coastal Canvases & Prints in the Parks as these are printed to order.
Multi Orders – if your order has, for example, a Coastal Canvas and some cards I will ask you if you’d like the cards posted separately, while your Canvas is printed…
Returns
If any product ordered from my shop that you receive is not as described or shown it can be returned. So, while I hope all is well, please contact me in the event you are not happy with your order so we can make it right.
